Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor complex machinery and assembly lines to ensure maximum production output and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and perform minor repairs or adjustments to equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Document production data accurately and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Adhere to strict manufacturing schedules and meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Reliable transportation (commute may involve travel to Texas border facilities).
