Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and assembly lines efficiently and safely.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
- Document production data accurately in logs and computer systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or assembly preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read gauges and measurement tools.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
