Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid AI/Quantum systems capable of solving complex, unstructured problems.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge devices and high-performance quantum processors.
- Collaborate with data scientists and hardware engineers to integrate software with emerging hardware.
- Define best practices for code, testing, and deployment in a cutting-edge environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research and prototype new algorithms for next-gen neural networks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with major frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
