Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and assess their strategic viability
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections and risk assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to co-create future solutions
- Mentor R&D teams in agile development of next-gen prototypes while ensuring regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
