As a Night Auditor, you will be the face of our hotel during the evening hours, ensuring our guests have a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires a blend of customer service excellence and technical proficiency in property management systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls, with precision and speed.
- Monitor hotel security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Process financial transactions and resolve billing inquiries accurately using the Opera PMS.
- Prepare and compile nightly operational reports, including occupancy and revenue data.
- Assist guests with local transportation, dining recommendations, and special requests.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk, guest services, or related field is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions with integrity.
