Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and execute accurate stock replenishment protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety guidelines
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders for next-day delivery
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity before distribution
- Maintain detailed digital logs of operational activities and equipment status
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Uphend OSHA compliance standards and maintain clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in warehouse, logistics, or night shift operations
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with error-free record-keeping abilities
- Available to work flexible shifts between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland facility
