Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) to move inventory within warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and update warehouse management systems in real-time
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes for trucks and containers
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation during scheduled audits
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory software
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with scheduled breaks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
