Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and stocktaking to ensure accurate inventory levels and organized storage.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards before shipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Shift Coordination: Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
