Responsibilities
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and rotating weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
