Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse floor to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
