As a Night Shift Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is critical in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction during the evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails during night hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on client needs.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
