Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and information transfer.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a stable work history.
