Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Process customer orders and manage returns efficiently.
- Update customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
