- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls during night hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of basic technical software and account inquiries.
Qualifications
