Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to log interactions and update account information.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical support teams.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform data entry and generate nightly status reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
