Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email with patience and professionalism.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Accurately log interactions and customer information into our CRM systems.
- Shift Coordination: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum educational requirement; GED accepted.
- Previous Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Reliability: Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
