Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and a focus on first-call resolution.
- Accurately document all interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and find solutions.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
