Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot customer account problems efficiently.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
