- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
