Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift hours.
- Resolve complex technical issues and product questions with patience and accuracy.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our CRM system (Salesforce/Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to escalate critical issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high energy levels throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or support experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
