Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Resolve technical inquiries for SaaS platform users with troubleshooting expertise
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless issue handover
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Meet/exceed SLA targets for response and resolution times
- Participate in quarterly training for product updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
