Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate product information to clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate complex problems to senior management when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics (KPIs).
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
