Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or service requests with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical leads when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or technical help desk roles.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
