Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on problem resolution.
- Monitor system alerts and perform routine data entry to ensure database accuracy and integrity.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Identify trends in customer issues and communicate necessary feedback to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or data entry is highly desired.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
