Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for clients via phone and email during night shifts.
- Issue Management: Log, track, and document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues using established protocols and knowledge bases.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift team leads and peers to ensure seamless handovers and problem resolution.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive lasting impression.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and learning new systems quickly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
