Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night shift hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing cases.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support.
- Must be available to work 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Proficiency with computers, operating systems, and troubleshooting software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
