Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment as required by the shift.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory while maintaining organized and accessible storage areas.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure only top-tier goods are shipped to our clients.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions without assistance.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous employment.
