Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and precision
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment following OSHA standards
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and warehouse management system updates
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional local deliveries
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
