Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely during overnight shifts
- Sort, scan, and pack inventory with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with consistent attendance
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
