Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently during night shifts
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy while meeting hourly productivity targets
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stocking and cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for WMS operation
