Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision
- Respond to patient calls and emergency situations promptly
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient care areas
- Collaborate with night-shift nursing team for coordinated care
- Prepare patient rooms for admissions and discharges
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Compassionate patient care approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
