Responsibilities
- Monitor facility operations and equipment during overnight hours
- Perform routine safety checks and documentation
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
- Respond to emergency procedures and incident reporting
- Coordinate with day shift teams for smooth transitions
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Valid driver's license (preferred for some roles)
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
