Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery during night shift hours
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments and inventory records
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating vehicles)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
