- Security & Safety: Maintain a secure environment by following all safety protocols, lock-up procedures, and facility access rules.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Data Management: Accurately record inventory data, time logs, and shift reports using digital systems.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by the role.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Background Check: Candidates must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not always required for immediate hire.
