Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of goods in a warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during night operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and distribution targets.
- Handle inventory management tasks as assigned by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia/VA job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
