As a Night Shift Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly during the late hours. Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities during the night shift, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Supervise a team of hourly associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required, maintaining certifications.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and communication.
- Generate and review daily shift reports, tracking productivity and efficiency metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is highly desirable.
- Valid forklift certification and material handling equipment operator license.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during high-pressure situations.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
