Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist patients with daily activities including mobility, bathing, and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications under nursing supervision
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments following infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Collaborate with healthcare team during shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work variable night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
