Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-person night shift team in high-volume fulfillment center
- Optimize warehouse workflows using automated inventory systems
- Conduct daily safety audits and OSHA compliance checks
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with day shift supervisors
- Implement process improvements for 95%+ order accuracy
- Manage payroll discrepancies and timekeeping systems
- Train new hires on SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Manhattan Associates)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Illinois driver's license
