Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support facility cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
