Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 member night shift team, ensuring task completion and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory management systems and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and logistics partners
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Handle employee scheduling and performance documentation
- Enforce OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse environments
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
