Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 member night shift team during 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM operations
- Monitor inventory management systems and optimize warehouse workflows
- Enforce OSHA compliance protocols and conduct safety inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with day shift supervisors
- Process payroll documentation and performance reviews
- Resolve operational conflicts and escalate critical issues
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse/manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
