Responsibilities
- Perform Daily Operations: Execute assigned tasks efficiently and accurately during night shift hours.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper organization of stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment, forklifts (if certified), and hand tools.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before processing.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with morning shift teams and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics or general labor is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical labor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and attendance.
