Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and email during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently using ticketing systems.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve tickets within Service Level Agreements.
- Identify trends in technical issues and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot common operating system and browser issues.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
