Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while managing high call volumes.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service handovers and continuity.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
- Must be reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule.
