Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Experience with warehouse software (WMS) is a plus but not required.
