Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse zones
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Resolve basic shipping discrepancies with supervisor guidance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, 3-5 nights per week
- Background check and drug screen required
