Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and barcode systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety zones
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Complete shift reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability (10 PM - 6 AM shifts)
- Basic computer literacy and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
