Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Process customer orders accurately and prepare them for shipping.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not always required (training provided).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; heavy lifting required (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
