Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock to ensure optimal warehouse flow and retrieval efficiency.
- Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse facility and equipment at all times, strictly adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve daily operational challenges and maintain high productivity standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and labeling of shipments for outbound delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
