Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and process incoming shipments during overnight hours
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outbound products
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Support cycle counts and monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
